| Cels: | Cels have
been scanned to show near true height of the contents. The scanner is an
8.5 X 14 inch scanner, therefore all scans represent 8.5 inches of the
height of the cel. The thumbnails have been cropped to give you a larger
view of the character and therefore does not necessarily represent the
exact layout of the cel. When you click on the thumbnail, you will see
the larger version of the cel which will present a more representative
view of the height of the characters.
Cels are divided up into three categories: Cels For Sale, $5 and Under and Cel Collection. Cels For Sale, $5 and Under and Guest Cels for Sale are priced. Cel Collection images are technically not for sale but are here for your viewing pleasure. The Collection scans may be of a higher quality and a larger size than other cel images so be prepared for a longer download time. |
| Purchases | If you
want to purchase an
item, I will hold it for you for seven days. Unless other arrangements
are made, Anime Gambit reserves the right to offer the cel to other customers
after seven days if payment has not been received. I have to
emphasize, though, that an item will only be held if you make a
definitive statement that you intend to buy the item. Simply inquiring
about an item doesn't give you a week to make up your mind. Payment is
by check, money order or International Postal Money Order. In the case
of checks, the items will be shipped after the check clears (our bank may
take as long as seven working days for non Washington State checks to clear.
Washington State residents add 8.3% Sales Tax.
Anime Gambit accepts payments through Pay Pal. If you use this service, you will have to email me and tell me that you are using Pay Pal in addition to actually making the payment through Pay Pal. The rates are: 2.9% of the total order plus $0.30 per order. For International Orders the fees are 3.9% +$0.30 per order. The charge applies to postage. Anime Gambit apologizes for having to charge this additional fee to our PayPal users, but we are not in a position to absorb the added costs, nor to we feel that it is fair to charge all of our customers higher prices to pay for PayPal's service. Your understanding is appreciated. Do not forget to add the applicable shipping and handling. |

Anime Gambit will pay shipping by registered mail. It is usually
Special Handling: If you give us special handling instructions, I reserve the right to charge you for the additional cost to process your order. Our shippers are paid $40 per hour. Special handling will be billed at that rate with a $10 minimum. Shipment
will be by Priority insured mail unless otherwise requested.

| Wants | We maintain a database of customer wants. We normally make two trips per year to Japan (Usually March / October). Our Japanese Suppliers also send us cels on a regular basis. When describing wants please list show and character name and other details as well as desired price you are willing to spend. This is not for us as a pricing guide, but gives us an idea if it is worthwhile for us to buy a cel in Tokyo. We are part time cel dealers (and full time cel collectors with limited inventory budgets). Please be realistic on prices. Nice cels are very likely to end up in my or my Cel Sempai's collection ^_^. |
| Returns | Cels may be returned within seven days of receipt. Cels must be in the same condition as shipped. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in the mail. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned cels. Postage and any special fees (e.g. PayPal) are not refundable. If Anime-Gambit paid for postage, and the return lowers the total order purchase price below $250, you will be charged shipping and handling for the entire order. |
